CONDITION SURVEY 1250 KW Power Module |

At the request of Plumbley's Sales & Service Co. a survey was made of the Stewart & Stevenson Module Power Unit No.73322-1 at Everet, Washington 6/4/04. The purpose of this survey was to ascertain the present condition of the unit and report on. This unit was previously surveyed at the Veterans Administration Hospital, at American, Lake Washington 10/15/02. During the course of this survey the unit was test operated under load. The exhaust silencer was removed and capped off for transportation and storage. The unit was subsequently transported to Everett, Washington storage area 11/20/02. The unit has had all the liquids removed 3/12/04 as required for shipment. The following listed items were inspected and their condition noted |

Engine Top Deck The top deck covers were opened out and an inspection of the cylinder heads, fuel lines, valve springs, injectors, rocker arms, camshafts was made. All components are in like new condition. There is no visible indication of corrosion. All parts have a light coating of lube oil. Air Boxes:All air box covers were removed and an inspection was made. There is no build up of carbon in the exhaust ports. The piston rings sighted through the exhaust ports are free and in like new condition. There is a light coating of lube oil on over all the parts.Base:All the base covers were removed and an inspection of the engine base was made. The cylinder liners appear in new condition the factory honing marks are visible. The connecting rods wrist pins and connecting rod bearings portions that could be sighted appear in like new condition. |

Generator: The generator was sighted. There are no indications of moisture or deterioration. The Generator is in like new condition. |
